TERMS OF SERVICE

General Guidelines:

By commissioning me, you have read and fully agree to my terms of service:I'm assuming you read all the T.O.S and are a legal adult. (18+)You have check my portafolio , Alt!I will reject any request that I feel uncomfortable drawing without any further contact.I do not work with underage characters, characters with loli anatomy, shota anatomy, feral furries (Only Anthropomorphic Furries), Human/Animal pairings, Adult anatomy characters/ Underage anatomy characters. I am no longer accepting Pokemon Characters.Please have a reference picture ready for your commission.Clients may re-upload their artwork, but must credit me!Clients will receive a sketch (or W.I.P.) of their art piece. This is considered the half-way point of the commission. It is encouraged that you ask for any edits at this point, as it will be easier to fix during this time.If there is no response or payment 3 days after being contacted by me, your slot will be forfeited.Please be ready to provide a clear and thorough description of any extra accessories or clothing for your commission to avoid any major edits later down the line, it saves time for both sides and money for you.Any work done or made available to the client must not be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes. Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action taken.

Payment Method:

I only accept money via PayPal, any other method can be discussed (Only right after communication has been open to the client)You will only receive a sketch for review before payment. Full payment is required to continue the commission after the sketch.An extra fee will be charge for: Complex designs and Repetitive patterns (dots, stripes, anything that complicates the animation).Major edits (Background Changes, Facial Changes/Expressions, Proportions) will be done in this stage.Your commission will be accepted and put into a queue log after full payment. You will be notified.Tips are always appreciated but not necessary! <3

VA Work:

If the client requests voice work to be added, it must de communicated before sketching phase.Payment must be done directly to the VA. A method will be providedVAs work under their own TOS. If a problem/question occurs in this segment of the commission, I will contact the VAs first as they have the Last word on how it can be done.Specific request on voice/sound must be done before the VAs start recording.Any VA can fulfill the necessary roll the client may want. However, it depends solely on the VA availability and schedule, if you, as the client, can ask for a specific VA you would like fulfill the roll.Our VAs are professionals and talented. Refunds/Deadlines:

If the client requests a refund at any point after the sketch and the client requests a refund, I will keep 10% of your current amount paid. Unless decided otherwise by me.Loop Commissions may take up to four weeks (28 days) depending on the workload of my queue.Extra Scenes may take up to a two (60 days) or four months (120 days) under the same conditions as above.If anything may occur that disrupts this deadlines, I will post about it on my Twitter .If you have a specified due date, you must let me know at least after the sketch is been reviewed.

Usage of Art:

I reserve the rights to all artwork made to:> Promote myself for advertising purposes.
> Display on any form of social media I am on, unless agreed otherwise.
> Use as examples to others, with the watermark attached.
> Not for commercial use, meaning you cannot make profit. This is for personal use ONLY unless discussed and agreed upon the Artist and Client.The commissioner reserves the right to:> Claim rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.
> Share/Repost their artwork any place they see fit with proper credit to the artists.
> Request that their art piece not be displayed on other platforms by the artists.^You must request this either before or when you receive the artwork for this rule to come into effect.
